We want your bridal party to look and feel their best, which is why we offer a 45-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Please note that all returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee per order, while exchanges are always free.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

Indicate whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a different size, color, or style through our seamless exchange process.

Print & Pack

Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging with tags attached, and affix the label to the outside of the box.

Ship & Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
